Cancellation & Rescheduling. As a courtesy to me, my team, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. To book a new appointment after a no-show or same-day cancellation, the full balance for the missed appointment (if not already paid) must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled, along with a new deposit to reserve your next appointment.
